This was put together for readers who do not want the self-care box but would love to have the basic things needed.

The motivational cards are cards you can carry around in your purse/wallet. Its size is like that of a debit card. These motivational cards will help lift your spirit whenever you’re having a rough day.

The pencil and crayon was provided for you to be able to write in the book and also color some drawing. There is some exercise for you to do in the book as they are therapeutic.
